A PINCH OF CINNAMON


Since we made our first batch of smoothies this year (here) we made looots more! These delicious and very refreshing mango-orange ones are so nice that I just had to share them with you :)

What you'll need :

125 ml milk
1 mango, peeled and cut in to cubes
the juice of 1 orange
125 ml low fat yoghurt
1 tablespoon of honey
2 icecubes
a pinch of cinnamon

(and you know the drill, just add everything in to your blender, mix untill smooth and RELAX :)

  2. @ shadeolayioye You can deffinitely leave out the cinnamon, if you don't like the taste of it you won't miss it at all. The honey is there to add a bit of sweetness to it. You can use sugar or some sort of syrup instead, it might be quite tangy otherwise.
