What you need :
- a slice of your favourite type of bread (I used multigrain)
- whatever young cheese you'ld like, for example Gouda.
- 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced.
- about a handful of cherry tomatoes, halved.
- some lemon juice or a fresh lemon to drizzle over
- salt & pepper
The only thing now you have to do is layer everything on top of your bread. Starting with the cheese then avocado, tomatoes and season with your lemon juice, salt & pepper and that's it! You're ready for a healthy but super tasty lunch and let me tell you, it is GOOOOD!!!
