1 DOUGH, 3 COOKIES // WHITE CHOCOLATE CHUNKS

Hi guys! This is already the last variation of the 1 dough, 3 cookies experiment (check the other two here & here) and this one is probably the more classic type but with some very indulging big white chocolate chunks. Trust me when I tell ya, this one is more than just your simple chocolate chip cookie!

How to use 1 dough for 3 different types of cookies :

  1. Make the dough according to the recipe right here without adding chocolate chips.
  2. Divide the dough in to 3 equal parts and put them all in to seperate bowls. Now take one part for the next steps.
  3. Finely chop up 60 grams of dark chocolate and roughly chop up 60 grams of white chocolate, make sure you don't chop up the white chocolate too fine, you wanna have those big chunks of to bite in once the cookies are bakes. SO GOOD!
  4. Now stir your chocolate chunks in to the dough, drop little 'balls' on to a baking-sheet and bake them for about 8 to 10 minutes in a 180c preheated oven.

Ofcourse there are endless possibilities and variations to this recipe and I would love to know if you have any suggestions or go-to cookie related tips to share. I'm always looking for new things to try!

LOTS OF LOVE, DAPHNE

  2. Hey Daphne,
you wrote a while ago, that you usually bake with half fat margarine. Did you use it for these cookie too?
Because 2 sticks of butter is quite a lot, but they look really delicious :)

    1. Hi Kate,

Yes I definitely used light butter for this one (I always use Becel Light) And even though 2 sticks might sound like a whole lot, the recipe is for one big batch of basic dough so you can make all three types of cookies and it makes about 36 cookies. Which makes the butter per cookie not as bad ;) hihi

Thanks for stopping by and leaving a comment!
